Set-up fee
We charge a one-off set-up fee of £30 per adult to cover all the initial work relating to your case, from registration through assessment and the allocation of your first appointment. This fee is therefore non-refundable and doesn't guarantee that we will offer you the service if, after your assessment session, counselling isn't deemed safe or appropriate.
Couples counselling contributions are per joint session thereafter.
Please do not pay your set-up fee until we ask you to.
