How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

If you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment you need to contact us 48 hours in advance of the appointment or as soon as possible. If you give less than 48 hours notice of a cancelled appointment unfortunately, as we are a charity, we still need to request your usual contribution to cover the expense of the counsellors time incurred.  Please then book your next appointment.
