Client Relationship Manager/Lead Admin Manager
Based in 9A Dundas Street, Edinburgh.
Part-time flexible 30 hrs per week, but must be able to work daytime Tuesdays.
Full-time may also be available, please ask.
22 days annual leave per year plus 8 public holidays (pro rata)
Salary £18,000 pro rata plus pension

Our current Lead Administrator has been promoted we are looking for someone who can shape the next step of our successful front of house client experience.

Bright Light continues to grow to meet the ever increasing demands on our service and as 2019 approaches we have an exciting opportunity for counsellors to join our rapidly expanding charity.
In particular we are looking for couple counsellors and qualified sex therapists. As well as sharing our values, you should show passion and commitment for what we do well – developing and delivering mental health and wellbeing services in creative and innovative ways.
You should hold a recognised qualification in relationship counselling and/or sex therapy and have recent counselling experience including working with clients who present with complex needs. Alongside this, you will be a creative thinker and a good communicator. Our first class administration team provide full support including managing client appointments and receptionist cover while counselling. We try to make the admin side of your work with us a little bit easier when we can!
You will be paid as a self-employed counsellor and receive increments for working evenings, weekends and in our community locations. You will have access to full admin support, free CPD on a variety of topics and the benefit of working in our elegant New Town premises.
We offer flexible working hours and provide counselling at a number of sites across Edinburgh and the Lothians during the day, some evenings, and Saturday mornings. We would be particularly interested to hear from you if you have any experience of digital or telephone counselling and could contribute to our CPD process.
