Surviving the breakup
A five week support group to help you through the personal challenges of separation run by Family Mediation Lothian and Bright Light.
Surviving the break up aims to provide support and information for individuals involved in the process of separation or divorce in a safe and confidential environment, facilitated by experienced and sensitive counsellors and professionals. Participants are encouraged to share feelings and support each other by forming self-help networks and are provided with information on legal and children’s issues.
The course is held at our offices at 9a Dundas Street and usually runs on a Tuesday evening from 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 pm during Spring and Autumn.
A booking contribution of £25 is requested to cover the cost of all 5 sessions .The course is limited to 18 places and we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment. To reserve your place please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0131 556 1527.

Men's groups with facilitators are available subject to demand. In these groups we explore gender identity as a social reality, masculinity and hypermasculinity, sexual expression of the self and relationships.
