Louisa joined Bright Light over three years ago. She also reports directly to Julie CEO and is a member of the Senior Management Team.  As Client Relationship Manager Louisa leads a strong team that is usually the first point of contact for people seeking our support. As well as ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service the team are also aware that many people are calling Bright Light when they are feeling down and often a bit anxious or vulnerable. All are sensitive because of what's going on in their lives especially if someone is calling a relationship counselling agency for the first time. Louisa and her team ensure each client receives the best experience possible from their first enquiry to their final appointment.

Prior to coming to Bright Light, Louisa worked exclusively in the people-centred Health & Social care sector where she held a demanding but enjoyable role managing a supported living accommodation service, often helping vulnerable people who were finding life challenging at that time.
